blown in cellulose is normally made from ground up old newspapers and treated to repel insects and prevent mold. if you already have blown in fiberglass, I would recommend that you use additional fiberglass.

you can use unfaced fiberglass bats to add additional insulation. the advantage of bats instead of the blown in, is that you get a move uniform thickness of insulation.

the surveyor uses feet (102.32) with the ‘ symbol for feet.

the bearings are expressed as example: 39 degrees 15 minutes 17 seconds using the degree symbol and ‘ for minutes and ” for seconds of angle.

the area in normally expressed in acres and decimal parts of an acre. for very small areas, the surveyor may use square feet.

an FYI: on very old survey reports, you may find the use of rods, chains, and furlongs as units of length.

I prefer Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore paints. I have found that the better grade paints have more body and cover better that the cheaper grades.

if the gouges are small, i would just use spackle to repair as it dries a lot faster than the drywall mud, and can be sanded in 15-20 minutes compared to many hours for the mud.

one of the small plastic pumps that uses garden hose fittings and is driven by a drill can also be used in place of a wet/dry vac. the pump is about 5 dollars and can be driven by any 1/4 or larger electric drill
