I know that when wallpapering a wall you should remove the existing wallpaper, but I’d like to just stick some wallpaper over existing wallpaper as I’m desperate to save time. The exisiting wallpaper is textured, but hung very wall agaisnt the wall and is not showing any signs of peeling. Has anyone else done this, and what sort of results have you had? Or should I just accept that I have no choice but to strip th ewallpaper first?

      Many thanks in advance.

The only way. You can hang over smooth exisiting paper, but seams show, The texture will tatoo through and you’ll see the outlines.
