Hi all, I guess this is really two questions. Hubby convinced me to buy a new car recently and it’s great, but much wider than the car I had. Backing out of our drive I came too close to the house siding with my back fender, leaving traces of white on the brown car and car paint on the white siding. Was hoping to find out from y’all if there’s any chance of removing both “streaks” with the least damage to the underlying surfaces, and maybe undo the damage before hubby sees it… Thanks!

Use a wet cloth with some baking soda on it. It’s a very mild abrasive and can possibly remove the unwanted paint from the original surface.
