Can you put non-self adhesive vinyl flooring on top of vinyl sheeting? If so what do you use to cause adhesion? I want to lay vinyl flooring that is 12X12 squares but not the self adhesive kind, what I have is thicker and requires adhesive to be used. I heard there was some material that can be spread over the vinyl sheet before you apply the adhesive. ???
