We have a tile floor, the grout needs replacing, what is the best way to get the old out so we can put new grout in. Also one tile is slightly damage; we want to replace it so what is the best practice to replace?

chip out the old grout without damaging existing tile. we usually use a small screwdriver.

to bust out the old tile we usually just hit it in the center with a hammer and then chisel out the thinset motarbed and small piecies of tile.
