I am sweating copper pipes and have 1 joint that continues to have a tiny bead of water when I turn the water back on. I have reheated and resweated but to no avail. Any tips?

Sometimes the small ones seal themselves after a day or so.

may have to break down and take the joint apart so you can resand the mating surfaces ,,,to clean them well. put a little solder paste on it so it will take solder better. then resweat the joint. LJ
