Please let me know where to have a hand replaced on a stuart austin wall quartz clock.

If this clock is manufactured in the manner of most mass-produced clocks, the case probably cannot be opened for repair. However, if it can be opened without resorting to a can-openener, then most any horologist (clock repairman) could replace a hand.
