still wanting to know how to paint my mobilehome

i dont suppose it would be too much to ask that just one kind person please tell me how they prepare a dirty mobile home needing re-painting how they would go about it from cleaning to painting

Again Dan I did respond. What type of surface?

Metal

Presure wash mobile home with a pressure washer.

Prime bare metal spots with a primer. Ensure paint is compatable with a Latex Paint

Use a Latex paint. Worked well here is Wa.

I believe I used two coats. Will have to be brushed.

Wood. Just like painting anything with a wood finish. Pressure wash and then paint.

I would rent a pressure washer with the siphon tube and use TSP cleaner wash and rinse really well.Do not paint for a few days after making sure the metal is dry in all the cracks and such.

You do not want to just paint right over without cleaning because the paint could flake off.

Then mask everything off that you dont want to get paint on it.Rent a paint sprayer you dont want brush strokes all over do you?
