  I’m trying to replace my steam boiler but can’t read the rating label on the boiler. I haven’t any two radiators that are the same size or shape. How can I tell what size boiler to buy?

  List the height, number of columns in each section, and number of sections of each radiator. Take the list to a plumbing/heating supplier and ask them to size the boiler.

  I have a 24 X 30 cape, 2 stories plus a cellar.

  The water pump on my boiler is leaking, I need to know the steps on how to determine whether it’s the pump needs replacement and the proper procedures on fixing it. And also I want to know if my old fashion radiators can be altered with something smaller like baseboard type heater or something else that looks better and energy efficient. Thanks!
