Due to some potential strucural issues with my home, I had an engineer come and give it a look.
She used a plumb and noticed a bump on the exterior wall indicating some movement in the structure.
She has suggested I get start bolts installed. How is this done on an existing house and how much does it cost (ballpark)? Is this worth taking seriously? Thanks!
