smelly plumbing

hi all, I have been in my 6 year old house for 14 months. I am smellign a sewer like smell outside of the second bathroom that I never use. I have a utility sink next to the waher/dryer thst is close too…I have ben running the wate in the sinks and shower, flushing the toilet and it hasnt gone away. Its hard to tell exactly where its coming from.

Somehow I am thinking that this is because I am not using the second bathroom and the utility sink. This just startes a week or so ago.

I am going to try lemon juice and maybe bleach….is this a good idea? any other suggestions?

Is the vent stack(pipe) plugged.? This could cause the problem. As the odor has no place to go, it might need to be snaked out. Is the P-trap holding water? This could also be your problem. Pouring bleach in the sink won’t hurt and might help.
