      Have purchased rigid ridge vent…can someone help re how to install properly?

      I had a roofer install a ridge vent. I cant see any light coming in from the vent so I am wondering if he installed it properly, since I would think to have air escaping I would need to see light. Am I correct?

      What Bally is- ive been told that needs replacing..
