Replacement Windows

We have two windows that are single hung windows. One is in the dining room and the other is in the living room with sliders on either side of it.The outside windows are broken on both, not the inside. Need to know how to remove the window for repair.

You might be better off calling a glass company that can measure the glass and replace it without removing the whole window.
