Get a toothpick or a wooden skewer or something plastic, NO METAL, and try to push the glue blob sideways. You can even use your finger nail to scrape it off when it’s frozen. Super glue has very poor sheer strength, so pushing sideways on it should make it pop right off. If it’s on metal parts you can pick it off with something metal. If you can get under it or loosen an edge it should just pop off. Acetone or nail polish remover with acetone is the only stuff that even makes a dent in super glue, but they ruin plastic in seconds.
