      Hi Tom:
Not sure what you are asking.
Are you trying to remove an oil based paint from a concrete porch? Are you trying to remove the paint from wood also, or just from concrete? If so, is the concrete smooth, a rough (“p-gravel”) or smooth pebble finish?

I have approx 80 sq ft of front porch on a home I bought 3 years ago. Previous owner(s) have applied several coats of paint that are now peeling terribly. The top 2 coats are obviously latex. These flakes, small and large are very flexible, bendable. The bottom coat, where visible was probably an oil base. This is part of the problem, from what I think is correct, you should never paint latex over oil. I have bare concrete in some areas as well. Does any one have experience in removing and repainting? Pressure spraying (hi or low press.)? Sand blasting? Needle scaling?

Is it okay to remove the brick wall surranding my fireplace and rebrick around fireplace? What would be the best way to do it? The brick is so ugly and I don’t want to paint. Thanks for any help.
