GuestI guess you want to remove one or more tiles for
repair purposes? Use a grout saw to clear away all
the grout around the perimeter of the area you want
to remove, then break the a tile (using the least
force required) and chisel out the pieces and other
tiles (use a carbide tiped tile chisel). -

GuestI am to remove 250 sf of ceramic tile set on concrete floor without damaging the conctete substrate.
I understand there is a scrapper (similar to a “jackhammer” type) that I can use that is attached to my compressor. Can you advise or suggest a solution -

GuestI purchased .99 Ceramic tiles ..Home Depot said they were very good quality. Well after I grouted the tiles show all kinds of chips on the outer perimeter. Im thinking of tearing out all the new tile, and starting over. Or Is it possible to just go over the existing tile.Anyhow,If you do suggest the tear out…whats the easiest way to tear out the tile,But If you say I can go over the tile …Please explain the procedure.

GuestI am replacing my entire floor with 16″ diagonal tile. the house is roughly 2500 sq ft. I have a chipping hammer but it does not seem to be doing the job well, and the dust is horrendous. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. the house has 12″ tile right now through about half of it.
thanks matt -
