Re-Build or Build new

I have and old house with many years of neglect. They added on a new addition on to the house but they used green lumber. All the wood is rotting away. To rebuild it is going to cost 60,000 to build a new home and tear down the old one cost is about 75,000.
Do I rebuild or build new?

If there’s nothing about the house, as it now stands, that you’re fond of, I’d rebuild. If what you’re fond of can be taken out and put in the new house, I’d rebuild.
