I have a plumbing problem. I have hardly no pressure in my kitchen faucet but the sprayer with my faucet does have pressure. Also my cold water is not very cold in my entire house. What can I do?

Check the faucet for mineral deposits, or replace unit.

you will have to insulate your coldwater pipes in the attic …that will help solve your problem…the uninsulated exposed cold water pipes are soaking up the heat from you attic…you can probably run the cold water long enough to eventually get cooler to cold water after draining all the heated water from the lines. good luck dont step thru the ceiling while crawling or walking thru your attic.
