      Dear Sir or Madam,

I live in a large, fully furnished, marble-floored, lakeside estate house that has seen many social functions. However, I also have new neighbors that live in a fifth-wheel travel trailer, and they have caused a definite downslide in both my property values and my dinner guest attendance. I’m also losing social status because of them. How do I rectify the situation?

      Regards,
      Lady Epeling

IT SOUNDS TO ME LIKE YOU HAVEN’T MET YOUR NEW NEIGHBORS YET. HAVE YOU ASKED THEM IF MAYBE THEY ARE ONLY STAYING IN THE FIFTH WHEEL WHILE THEY BUILD THEIR DREAM HOME? FIND OUT SPECIFICS. ASK IF THEY ARE ONLY THERE ON VACATION. TALK WITH THEM. KEEP AN OPEN LINE OF COMMUNICATION. BE HONEST WITH THEM ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL, BUT BE CIVIL ABOUT IT. THEY WOULD PROBABLY RESPECT YOU MORE IF THEY HEARD ABOUT YOUR ISSUES FROM YOU PERSONALLY THEN TO READ ABOUT IT ON SOME FORUM.

Work like you don’t need the money, Love like you’ve never been hurt, and Dance like no one is watching……
