anyone ever own a pellet stove, instead of a true firewood burning stove? We are buying a home that has a pellet stove and were wondering if they create a lot of heat and are the pellets expensive to buy? It’s really a beautiful stove surrounded by field stone, but wanted to know how purposeful these stoves really are??

Help!!!! Ineed to contact manufactor for malfunctioning stove. Dealer refuses to help. Can`t find e-mail address. Stove is not a year old, but has conputer chip which is malfunctioning.
