What kind of paint should I use on cinderblock walls in heated area of garage? Cinderblock was painted black about 30 years ago for a dark room that never materialized.
as long as its been painted anything will do. hopefully u use a primer to cover that black,then one top coat should cover, worse case, 2 top coats
