painted wood floors?!

i’m moving into a new house. two rooms have wood floors that have been painted white. i’m very ignorant about this subject; however, i’d like to take off the paint and make the wood shine.

what do i do?

most likely you will have to refinish the entir floor, hence sanding it, apply a stain, and varnishing it to protect the wood..If you strip the paint, you will pull off the paint along with eveyrthing thats underneath it and why make your job tedious. Go to your local hardware store, they will give you step by step instructions.
