ok question on hampton bay light strip/track light

This item was at home depot for $20.it is a white strip with 3 movable lights kinda resembling track lighting. It has a cord witha switch to turn the light on and off.it says wall mountable or panaling mountable.does that mean it goes on the wall or the ceiling??

Yes. If it is the one I am thinking of, you can pretty much put it anywhere. Even on the floor if you wanted stage lights. ;^)
