I want to renovate my home. I don’t have enough money to take care of all these expenses. So it would be better if I get a loan for this. I would like to apply for a mortgage. However, I don’t have more idea about the procedure and documents needed for it.

So I did some research and learned a few things. I even found a reputed mortgage broker in Edmonton. But I still have some queries.

I think an open-end mortgage will be advantageous for me in the future. Anyone here knows more about the openThingsrtgage?
And what are the documents needed?
Things we should take care of while approaching a broker? etc.
