      I’ve noticed water damage on my kitchen ceiling. I think it’s coming from the bathroom upstairs. The toilet won’t always flush right. There is no access panel to get to the pipes. Any suggestions without ripping out my ceiling?

      i would suspect the wax seal has failed.
      unless it is something more obvious.
