How do you remove an iron burn in berber carpet? It just was on there long enough to melt the top. It did not go down all the way. Is there any way to fix this? Or do you have to replace the square?

The burned spot will have to be replaced. Call your local flooring retailer and have them repair it professionaly, it is most likely going to be somewhat visible.

Is it possible to remove an iron burn in berber

carpet without patching the section? The top layer

is slightly burnt. If I can’t, can a professional

      repair it without cutting?

My daughter placed a hot iron on my berber carpet and we luckily had an extra piece of carpet around. We called a professional and he fixed it for $25, you cant even tell it was patched!!!
