First of all, just by the nature of your inquiry, I have to ask if you are sure that you are dealing with a non-load bearing wall? As for the wiring – you realize that you must find out where all the branches in that circuit(s) run to and from before you can relocate them. I suggest you start out by mapping all the circuits in your home – this is always a great reference for future troubleshooting and improvements. Once you have all that information, then and only then should you look for ways to reroute the wiring in that particular wall(crawl space or attic are usually your best routes).
