insulating a brick home

We recently purchased a victorian brick farmhouse in Michigan. The house is double bricked. The interior walls are plaster/lathed right up against the brick, with no insulation in between. We’re freezing!! Any ideas how to insulate these walls?

Building materials supliers can order drywall with on-inch foam behind it and special clips to hold the panels.
