indoor fountain

We are making an artificial waterfall on 48 in. tall by
15 in. wide panels, on each side of a window. We are
getting a fake rock look using spray foasm insulation.
What can we use to finish the styrofoam once we have it
painted. Is it water proof already?

the contractors supply in the yellow pages is a
good place to start. paint or tile stores also.
sounds like a fun project let me know what works.
