Can someone tell me what is the normal for humidty in the home should be?Also where can I get an inexpensive and accurate hmuidty tester? Thank you

my humidifier on the furnace will detect the outside temp and add humidity accordingly. some humidifiers are manual and you set it to the outside temp yourself. As far as humidity tests you can get a decent one at the lumber yards but remember you usually get what you pay for.
