Hello I need your advise about 6 months ago I bought
      a house,
and did not realize that the floors were unleveled.
I had someone come in and saw the house.
That person told me that it needed to be jack it up
in order for the floors to be leveled.
I was woundering how this is done? How much something like this would cost?

Depending on what you want to do. If it’s on one side of the house and you have access to a basement you can pick up the appropriate jacks at Home Depot. Fairly simple one-man operation. When installed they look like nothing more than a support column. Threaded on the top end, you can adjust the height if the house starts settling a little more. I used this on my mother’s porch and it will be about 22 years now. Works great. Price is reasonable also.

Hello I need your advice on how to jack up my garage to replace the cement pad that has large cracks and is uneven in sections. I was wondering how this is done? How much something like this would cost? Or would it be better to find a contractor for a job like this? And how do you find a contractor for something like this.
