  Iwant to put gas heater in fireplace.need to know formula to calculate BTU for room that measures approx . 19’x16’x12′.

  i am trying to buy a cast iron gas stove and am wondering how to figure BTU’s on a four season deck we are putting on our house. it is 12×18 with gabled roof 12′ at the peak with seven sliding glass doors. wondering the max and min. BTU i would need. thank you.

  want to heat/cool garage which is enclosed, not insulated. What size of air conditioner would I need? 28′ x 2′ 8′ = 4480 feet cube or 560 feet square.
