hot mop vs. torch down

i am replacing my roof, which is a flat roof, and i’ve bids on a hot mop and a torch down. depending on who you talk down both methods are the best. anyone have an opinion on this that might shed some unbiased light on the topid

I just got through applying my first WPM (waterproof membrane)& Ceramic “Astec” coatings on an old metal roof. The difference is almost unbelievable. I’ll have the before & after photo’s soon.

Ceramics have come a long way, baby.
