I have a lennox propane furnace model #G1604x100 and I am having a problem with starting. The initial blower runs and the pilot light ignites. Its a spark ignition. I have cleaned the vent sensors tubes and orifices, but the burners will not come on. I believe some safety sensor is not being made and the gas valve will not allow gas to come into the furnace. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You may have either a bad three wire pilot or a plugged up pressure switch. The pressure switch has a tube on it which connects to the heat exchanger-you can remove the hose and clean the heat exchanger end with a paper clip.

If the three wire pilot is bad it needs replacement.
