Looking for recommendations for a clear, non-yellowing finish
for T&G board panelling in a bathroom. I am using the G-P 1/4
      x 3 1/2 x 8′ boards. Am considering using Thompson’s water sealer, but
would like to know of alternatives that are perhaps better. Thanks
      kindly,

      jerry

Don’t use Thompson’s for this. It does not even work on decks.

Consider a water based Polyurethane finish with multiple coats or consider a product from the Flood company called CWF-UV. This comes in clear also.

      jerry,
i gotta go with steve on this one.
( hey! i finally found someone who knows what the hell they are talking about)
flood waterbased clear it the absolute only thing to use in this case. if it says use one coat use 2
if it says wait 2 days wait 3 possably 4 before using.

I want to put bead board in my bathroom but the contractor is giving me too many choices. I want the best appearance with durability. I will be painting the bead board and this is not a primzry bathroom.

      Thank you
