Faux or styrofoam ceiling beams

Hi,
I have been everywhere looking for a fake ceiling
beam made of styrofoam. I live in a small town in S.C.
and have gone to both Lowes and Home Depot which are
closest thing to a lumber company around. Can you tell
me where I might locate this item or where I can order
one from. I need this beam to be 15 feet long and 4×4.
Thanks for any help you may be able to give.
