how long can drywall sheets sit on their side against a wall (un-installed) before they warp, turn and are un-usable, couple weeks, months??

      thanks.

I’ve had some start to warp right away, others than have almost never warped. The big difference is the amount of water they get exposed to. The more humidity and water, the less time it will take to warp them.

Exactly. Hubby used to haul it. We have lots of it if any one is interested 8′ and 10′

Any way…it does depend mostly on the moisture. Should try to store them flat up off of anything that would contribute moisture to it. Definately have to keep the moisture away. It is terrible stuff for drywall.

if you build a framework to support the drywall about 1.5 feet from each end and at about 80 degree to support the drywall, it will help keep it straight, without using a large footprint as storing flat does. i use this type of rack for plywood storage, mounted on casters to make it mobile, taking the wood to the tools.
