Can Drivit be painted? If so, what preparation needs to take place?

Sure, just the usual prep as you would do for painting masonry – hose off dirt and remove mildew, if any.

I am a realtor in Michigan working with buyers relocating in from out of state. They have selected to purchase a home on a lake and they had the home inspected.
The inspector brought it to there, our attension that the interior & exterior walls of the sun room has drivit / dryvit on the interior & exterior walls. The homeowner had it installed by a contractor 5-6 yrs ago. The owner indicated it was out of warranty. It looks like it was just installed!

      1. Where can we find out about this product?
      2. Ventalation needed, if any, with the product on the interior & exterior walls?
      3. Maintenance of this product inside & outside.
      4. Any information of problems to look out for: moisture, mold, rott of the interior, pests?

There is wood windows on 3 exterior walls with a sliding door or door wall to access the interior of the house. This sun room also has no heating or cooling duct work running to it.
