      what are the calculations to get a perfect cut everytime on crown molding, any tried and successful shortcuts also would be helpful. thank you

      Go to http://mywebpages.comcast.net/krumy/ and get all the info from Steve Krumy’s site. It’s great. You will want to cope inside corners, not miter them. Use the miter cut for outside corners. This will help get you started.
