      I am trying to get an idea of the cost of refinishing hardwood floors. I realize that there are many factors but for floors in a 250 sq. ft room that are in fair shape w/paint splatters, does anyone have a “guestimate?”

      Floors professionally refinished in my region run about $2-2.50 per sq ft in US Dollars.
