This past year we insulated our home. We have central air. Before last yr, we never had condensation on the windows. Now, we have condensation on the OUTSIDE of our windows. Can anyone explain what’s going and if this is bad for our home.
Warm moist air is condensing on a surface cold enough to be equal or below the dew point. In this case, your windows are relatively cold and moisture is condensing. You probably did not achive this much temperature difference prior to insulating; or, your weather may just be exceptionally humid.
