clogged toilet?

my Son dropped my pager into the toilet. its not flushing right which means that it is stuck ! i have to take off the toilet bowl to try and get it out! how do i take off the toilet bowl and wat supplies do i need to put it back on???

Unbolt the two bolts on the side of the commode. When bolts are removed lift the commode up and out of the way. If the tank is connected to the commode, shut off water supply to tank, drain it. After the commode is removed, fetch pager. To replace commode, You will a wax ring or two, available at your local hardware store, insert wax ring. replace commode, and tighten side bolts, be very careful as you can crack the side flanges on the toilet. It has happened to me, very expensive
