What is the going rate for old barn lumber. I have one barn that is beach and another that is oak.

That varies widely. What part of the country are you? I may know an honest buyer. Where I am at, an oak or beach barn is rare. Typically pine, occasionally cedar.

its can be from cheap to expensive, it depends on the size of the wood, condition, and quality like if its sorted, visable nails removes, painted and other vairables

also whatever its worth, if you dont have a buyer with cash in hand its worthless…supply and DEMAND. demand being the key word

in the mean time, store it correctly in stack so there is air circulation and the wood dont get warped and loosley throw a tarp over it allowing for airflow

let us know how it works out for you
