hi everyone. the kitchen and bathroom linoleum in a property that i purchased are a mess. i had the linoleum tested and it does contain asbestos. so before spending LOTS of money to have it removed, i was wondering if anyone out there might have a suggestion. Is there any way that i can cover up the old flooring so that i will be able to lay a new vinyl sheet over the old successfully? thanks for your help!
