Uphill driveway in NJ – what paving material best?

Thanks Billy for your input. I should have stated that we live in NJ with lots of winter snow & ice. Out steep uphill driveway needs replacement. We want to use paving material that will hold up on this incline, as well as cut down on slippage with ice. Just wondered if concrete, asphalt or pavers differ. Thanks for any advice.
