you need a bio system.. it consists of the standard holding tank(sometimes two) where the effluent is then pumped up to a bio-foam tank that can sit on the surface or in permeable ground and the water coming out at the end is technically drinkable,due to the bio action in the foam cube mass….

takes up very small room and is allowed on soil covered bedrock ground.

just will not work if there is a power failure,due to the use of a pump..
