Linda, the solvent for Super Glue is acetone. This is available in gelled form as Super Glue Remover from the same places that sell many varieties of the glue or it’s the same acetone that you buy as “nail polish remover”. But there is one BIG PROBLEM. The problem is that the acetone may cause more of a mess to your table’s finish than you have from the glue. If you have put wax or oily products on the table, you may be able to gently remove the glue with a fingernail. If you can’t do that easily, you might try acetone on a spot on your table set, like under a chair bottom, where there has been finish applied but it’s not easily visible. Let that test be your guide for trying to remove the glue on the visible surface.
