Sump pump impeller

Hi C, no I’m not sure if it is the impeller. I did a few tests: There is not any blockage in the outflow pipe to the main sewer, I ran the pump disconnected into a bucket and it seemed to work, but not with the pressure I recall the first time I tested before I originally installed it. The other thing I noticed is the water in the holding tank becomes extremely agitated when the pump is engaged. i don’t recall this either. This is the pump I have – Flotec 1/4 HP Sink Pump System.
