sub-flooring over concrete floor in basement

we are trying to finnish our basement, there is a bathroom and our washer and dryer and laundry sink are right off the bathroom. Their is a drain in the floor(in concrete) as well as a dip that leads to it. we are trying to make a bedroom in the basement as well as keeping the bath and the laundry and a small office. How do we accomidate for the drain as well as putting in a sub floor?
