Stop Ringer from jumping to last phone?

I have 4 phone lines and when the first number is in use and a call comes in it jumpes to the next phone and so on. I would like to know how to stop the incoming call going to line 4. I would like only the first 3 lines to jump to the next line and not line 4.

Any help is appreciated.
